Meet Trev!

Trevonne T. Homer, MPA, INHC

Women’s Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Activist, Facilitator, Organizer, Educator, Writer, Dancer, and so much more!

After 13+ years of struggling to find where I fit in (professionally and personally) as a migrant from the Caribbean, I found myself tired and overwhelmed from living a life that didn’t align with what I desired. I was stuck in this pattern of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and unfulfilled especially in my career. As much as I didn’t want to admit it, many of my challenges stemmed from ignoring my own needs and seeking answers and validation outside of myself (this is how we are socialized to live). Once I learned how to shift my perspective and honor my inner knowing, my life started to change and I feel like I am living more in alignment with who I am every day.

If you are going through similar feelings, I am here to remind you that what you are feeling is valid and that your dreams are possible once you believe, listen to your gut (do what feels right for you), and remember that you have what you need inside of you! Sometimes all you need is someone right there with you, cheering you on.

As your Health Coach, I will guide and support you through this de-conditioning process. You are not alone.💚

Certifications

I am a Chopra Meditation Instructor and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained by the BEST, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am also a Trauma-Informed Coach through The Centre for Healing. I hold a Master’s of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies from Emory University.

Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
