Spirituality is an awareness of our connection to something bigger than ourselves. It’s about seeking a deeper meaning in life, bringing awareness to human spirit or soul outside of our five sense. It seeks to answer who are we, why are we here, and what is our purpose in life. Spirituality means different things for each person. It focuses on the broader purpose for us being here, and is a reminder that we are interconnected and never alone. What does spirituality mean to you? The best ideas are often a Fresh take on a familiar concept. Creativity is you as an individual creating something in the world. It can be thought of as your life energy. It needs to be used and released to keep you healthy and happy. Remember, theres nooone else in the world just like you who can do what you do in the exact way you do.
