Through a gentle blend of guided meditation, breathwork, restorative movement, and Yoga Nidra, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves you, making space for greater peace and freedom. We'll delve into practices that help you identify, acknowledge, and gently release emotional turbulence. Journaling prompts will provide an opportunity for introspection, and heartfelt conversations will foster a sense of community and shared liberation.
