Between midterms, deadlines, and the hustle of campus life, your mind rarely gets a moment of silence. This class is designed specifically for UVI students to trade academic stress for physical ease. Through a blend of accessible yoga poses and mindful breathing, we’ll work to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back while sharpening your mental focus. No experience is required, just bring yourself and your need to breathe.
