Chopra Yoga Foundations
Whether you are new to yoga or a well seasoned yogi, this class is for you! This Raja-Hatha influenced class provides detailed instruction on alignment and posture, with movements carefully explained. We'll explore the fundamental principles of yoga beyond just the poses!
Deep Stretch + Yoga Nidra
This class is an invitation to deeply relax and restore yourself from the inside out.
We begin with a gentle, deep stretch focused on releasing any tension held in the body and preparing you for a state of deep rest. We then transition into Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation practice often referred to as "yogic sleep", to systematically quiet the mind and allow the body to integrate and heal.
This class is the perfect remedy for a busy mind and a tired body. You will leave feeling profoundly rested, centered, and renewed.
